YUM DELISH

I'm talking about a meal that I stole from one of my friends who should be a chef.

She effortlessly snapped her fingers and BAM, "Let there be food."

One of my housemates asked me what would happen if you tried to make a paste/ sauce with black beans, since you can make hummus with chickpeas. And I thought this was a good question.

My chef friend didn't exactly answer this question, but she opened the door to the possibility.

In her smoothie maker/ food processor she put butter beans and half a cup of water and shjooshjed it to make a butter bean paste. I added some salt and cumin to spice it up and add a little bit of taste.

The paste adds flavour to the dish and keeps the wrap and its contents together when you are frying your food.

This meal is so tasty and easy to make. Plus you can add as many or as little additions as you want, and it will still taste AMAZING.

Along with your quesadilla, you can top it off with some quac, yoghurt, salsa, sour cream, or jalapeno. We went with quac and yoghurt because… bank account.
