I know how tough life can be, especially when you're in the age range of 20 to 25. this age range can be a very confusing time frame, trust me. I'm super scared of turning 25, because I'm under alot of pressue and stress. Turning 25 without a clear mapped out plan for your life can be daunting...

Especially when you've just got an admission into the university and you thought you could handle the freedom that comes with it and you seem very confused...

Especially when you're about to start up that business, but government policies, Naira devaluation, and owing clients have gotten you frustrated and worked up...

Especially when you're in your final year and everything seems so chocked up...

Especially when you've lost a dear one, who may have been the provider, protector, the one, the love of your life...

Especially when you're tired emotionally, and you feel like you're struggling and no one seems to get that...

Especially when the people that should protect you are against you, and what you do, what you stand for...

Especially when you're broke and everything is due for payment and it's like the world is compressing on you...

Especially when the emotional support for people and there's no one to support you.

Especially when you feel tired and frustrated and all you do is to keep procrastinating and you feel like nothing cohesive is coming out of what you're doing...

I just want to let you know, that you're doing well. You're doing amazing my love, there are people looking up to you that you don't know of, there are people taking a cue for their life from watching you.

I want to remind you of the hours you've put into learning, the resources that has shaped your life, the paid courses, the time you spend trying to get your work out there, trying to believe in yourself, you're deserving of everything good life has to offer.

It's okay to cry and feel bad, it's okay to be tired, but what you will not do is to give up, it's okay to change strategy and find better ways to survive, but we won't give up or give in. This is because we are center in the heart of HE who loves us and gave HIS life for us.

Be like David, sometimes we are the ones to encourage ourselves and get back in the game.

P.s: If you feel like you're unproductive much,or you're experiencing burnout a lot, or you're procrastinating a lot, then it's probably an emotional stress or mental health issues you may be going through, don't be scared to seek help. Your mental health matters too.

Till next time,

Love and light
