I woke up this morning and thought to myself that I wasn't up for a run, but I dragged myself out of the front door. I absolutely smashed the run which was so unexpected after feeling lethargic when I awoke. It's a timely reminder that when I feel a little meh, its a choice if I lean into that feeling or lean away from it. It also reminds me that tomorrow and the next day and the day after when I feel resistance to any activity like exercise to move past that initial hurdle and I will be rewarded for it. Although..
I feel a little nauseous now. I showered and walked the dogs and we all got another shower as the rain made an appearance. Sun to showers, how quickly the day can change.
