Hello everyone! What's up ?how is it going ? well I guess so . Alright today I am to share the part two of the start your day with these habits. I am really excited for it , so yah without any further delay lets get started yah!

Habit No : 1 get a good sleep.

In that first part I have said you that wake up before your alarm starts snoozing. Why I am saying this because getting got sleep plays an important for good health , good day , etc.... I would compel you to become a morning person , if you really like and become a morning person you can , but you should get satisficed with your sleep . That the point i am coming to say .

Habit No : 2 Having an glass of water.

This happen seems to be quite hard ,but it does a great work toy our health, because you haven't drank any water or you haven't got any hydration . So having a glass of water would hydrate your body and it will clean your body before you drink coffee or tea. You can also drink hot water , lemon with hot water.

Habit No : 3 Having the breakfast .

As I said before in having a glass of water , the food you eat as breakfast in the morning is the energy for the day to make the day productive + energetic . So don't skip the break fast.
