I know all of us should be celebrating freedom from restrictions…hopefully soon. But this was another kind of celebration.

My cousin moved up to Scotland 6 months before lockdown so haven't seen her. Until the weekend and it came in the form of this….

We did a little late Christmas as she was unable to travel down here to do it with us last December.

My Auntie does a lovely roast and that's what we all had roast turkey with pigs in blankets. (Sorry to all vegetarians) I really enjoyed it.

In the afternoon and into the evening we had a few alcoholic beverages and a buffet tea.

This was my drink of choice

Archers and pink lemonade…delicious.

Family are so precious and it's great to make memories with them to cherish.
